Simone Rosenthal is a founding partner of the technology law firm Schürmann Rosenthal Dreyer Rechtsanwälte and specializes in IT, data protection, and contract law.

IT and licensing agreements are among her specialties. Accordingly, she negotiates and concludes contracts for her clients on a national and international level. In addition, she regularly supervises digital projects in the cross-sectional area of IT and data protection law and advises companies on SaaS, ASP, deployment contracts, software production or agile programming.
