More about Louisa Schloussen

Louisa Schloussen heads Transparency Germany’s whistleblower working group honorarily and publishes and lectures on the topic of whistleblowing. Most recently, she was invited by the Legal Committee of the German Bundestag to act as an expert on behalf of Transparency Germany on the Whistleblower Protection Act.

She is a legal trainee at the Berlin Court of Appeal and is working towards her doctorate, where she is focusing on internal and external whistleblower proceedings with research stays in Paris and New York.

As a research assistant in the area of compliance and as a legal engineer, she gained experience in internationally active commercial law firms in Berlin and abroad. She studied law at the Free University of Berlin as well as at the Université Libre de Bruxelles with a focus on criminal justice and criminology.
