Contents of the training
The Dynamic AI-Literacy-Training offers three different levels that specifically address the previous knowledge of the participants. This gives all employees exactly the knowledge they need to work safely and responsibly with AI.
Basic knowledge
25-35 Minutes
- Introduction to AI – Definition, artificial intelligence, interdisciplinary perspective: different viewpoints on AI and challenges in defining the term.
- Technical fundamentals – Algorithms, machine learning, deep learning, differences between ML and DL, introduction to ChatGPT.
- Types of AI – Functionality and differences between descriptive and decision-making AI, weak and strong AI.
- Legal framework – Introduction to the AI Act, risk-based approach of the AI Act, prohibited AI practices, high-risk AI systems, data protection and AI, legal challenges in AI usage, related legal areas and their relevance to AI.
- AI governance – Introduction to governance and compliance in AI, the importance of governance, fundamentals of risk management, AI compliance, establishing a governance framework.
Advanced prior knowledge
20-30 Minutes
- Fundamentals and definitions – Clarification of artificial intelligence terminology, interdisciplinary perspectives, and challenges in defining AI.
- Technical concepts for advanced learners – Machine learning, deep learning, specialised applications (medical diagnostics, autonomous driving, language translation), and AI types such as ChatGPT.
- Legal framework – In-depth analysis of the AI Act, data protection, legal challenges, and related legal areas.
- AI governance and compliance – Strategies for implementation, best practices, and case studies for effective AI use in companies.
Expert level
15-25 Minutes
- Fundamentals and current developments – Definition (XAI, AutoML, Meta-Learning, Edge Computing), interdisciplinary perspectives and challenges in defining AI with practical examples.
- Technical deep dive – Current trends in machine learning (Meta-Learning, Federated Learning, Causal Inference) and deep learning (GANs, GNNs, XAI), as well as in-depth insights into ChatGPT and various AI types.
- Legal framework – Developments in the AI Act, algorithmic transparency, ethics, data protection, liability, as well as international comparison and future regulatory challenges.
