Johannes Gilch is a lawyer at Schürmann Rosenthal Dreyer and has a deep specialisation in the areas of IT security, artificial intelligence and digitalisation in the healthcare sector. His focus is not only on the legal challenges of digital transformation, but he is also actively involved in the development and promotion of innovative approaches to the protection of data and systems. His in-depth understanding of technological and legal interfaces enables him to provide customised solutions that are both preventative and responsive.
As a lecturer on the International Studies in Intellectual Property Law and Data Law programme at TU Dresden, he focuses on the topics of IT security and the regulation of artificial intelligence.
