Alexander Bredereck is a specialist attorney for labor law and a certified consultant for termination protection law (VDAA e.V.). For 20 years, he has dealt with all issues relating to the termination of employment relationships on both the employee and employer side. Terminations, termination agreements, fixed-term contracts and transfers of undertakings.

Attorney Bredereck is the Berlin regional head of DASV Deutsche Anwalts- und Steuerberatervereinigung für die mittelständische Wirtschaft e. V. (German Association of Attorneys and Tax Consultants for Small and Medium-Sized Businesses) and a member of VDAA Verband deutscher Arbeitsrechts Anwälte e. V. (Association of German Labor Law Attorneys).

He is the author of the book “Labor Law—All Typical Disputes and How to Actively Solve Them” by Stiftung Warentest and runs the YouTube channel “Fernsehanwalt“.
